Slight vibration after the map

Hi to all. I expose my problem with some of your help. I did remap some time ago a Ford Focus tdci 90cv quite soft. For some time, or perhaps it was also the first no, but I never realized) in full acceleration and especially in the third and fourth phase of release throttle fast enough I feel like a small vibration. according to me, and to see the map and the vibration could be due to the turbo

It's probably due to some increase of the map, and also happened to me, and the vibration was in the flywheel and try to put the ori, and see if it still does.
So you can look for the problem from another side

The vibration nn I feel if I change in rpm "quiet". It begins to feel if I let hit the accelerator after the 3200-3500 in the third, fourth and fifth. Hello ,no the mounts also the 90hp focus
