DPF removal EGR on the Alfa 159 2.4 JTDM

Hello guys, I was able to find the Time to remove the DPF and EGR on my 159, for curiosity? and for trying to understand what they were going to change the program, I've made 3 Mod file, one with eslusione DPF, one to the exclusion EGR and one to the exclusion of both, by analyzing the file with Ecm Titanium 1.61 mode? 2D I have seen some of the parameters changed, but I don't know if they were made in the correct way.
Can you give me more? lumens about it?

then the electronic lock enough but if you want to be picky, I would do:

cleaning the egr-valve
closing the physics of egr-valve
electronic closure of the egr valve.

I was willing/forced to do it all together, thanks to some friends that I lend the bridge and the workshop, disassemble, clean, rimappo and then off to the test bench:cool:

-) reading the file from the ecu with mpps
-) luca stanca with ecusafe
-) correction-bit jamming with ecm titanium from -6 to 400

I enclose the map, you can give him an eye.

if I were you, I'd eliminate the swirl...both electronically and physically...
those car are suffering already from the gold of rupture of those components...with a remap, where you surely will go to increase the press the turbo and the swirl are really at risk of breakage....only that electronically gets it soon...
and for the physical elimination of the swirl that created the problems..
I have made a little time ago and to delete all saw that the swirl was broken I had to come down the inlet manifold(before you removed timing belt and pump common rail) then I threaded the holes on the manifold with a male 18x1,5, and I capped with appropriate caps to measure....

Ok....in view of the presentation.I advise you not to use sw luca stanca on this car that has the ability to change layout without the dpf through a single switch off so you can remain active all the dtc's that the sw is smooth.

Tube fap finally arrived. Is it okay if I proceed as follows:

1) load the file with the switch-ff as recommended from a friend errrcinque
2) can I change the mechanical part
3) changing the oil and resetto errors of waste oil with ecuscan

Should I do another?

I would say that it is all correct. When you enter the diagnosis after you have loaded the map controls the setting that is without dpf and clogging up to 1000%

Remap done.
Ecuscan tells me the filter is not clogged, and clogging up to 1000.
Everything should be ok.
Tomorrow I put the tube....will update on how it goes

I think that if it has failed electrically you must also delete the dtc that you leave in a diagnosis after having disabled the usual procedure of panettone

ok thanks for the tips....I...the operation I'm going to do with galletto1260 as an interface and a time ( my friend's) to process the file ori, I have read in the forum to work quietly on my ecu. As you may have understood, I am very beginner.

I have personally used the Time on an Alfa 159 1.9 16v jtdm with dpf and I have deleted the egr and fap. The result is ok but I recommend you should always, before writing the file, open the map ori and mod it with software (ECM for example) and re-save the map mod to have a checksum is already correct!

Let it be a time...get the map above to whom I have given the addresses over bit for the switch and look for them on your map. Put them in the values and the time is not needed

Hello Antonio, I don't have the total certainty that it functions electrically, after the fault is cleared from the diagnosis, to the second and third use the car, turn on the anomaly, returning to check the error message says "egr valve locked closed", the mechanics is perfectly clean, and by pressing the mechanism with your finger, it seems to me normal....it will have lost strength the electric motor!?
