I recently sold a powergate s II got it used and never used.
today I contacted the kind to which I have sold the powergate and says it does not work, says that there are no components inside according to him.
I honestly have never used in reading/writing, I've only connected to the PC and scheduled to see if the PC and the hub
he says that the error of timeout time out
do you have any advice for me about this error?
honestly it seems strange to me but that opened it was wrong,when it was here by me tested and working,tell him to send it to alien and have it checked.

magi, I do not think that is missing inside of the components, since you nn to have them removed, what you have said responds to the truth, long ago, a friend of mine had the same problem, solved with the installation correct on win7 32-bit.
at this point, why not enter your pc with team viewer and install it for you for good?
I've proposed this morning, among other things, the technical alientech they told me that on 64bit just go to the installation folder in C:\, enter in the drivers folder and run the file ftdidriver.exe to start the installation of the driver...

I linked to a little while ago with the teamviewer on the PC of the buyer.

ahaah...the magi, you could choose a buyer better screen..I'm just kidding,cmq nn you have nothing to fear or to bring it up at the bottom of the dispute,a person well x nn active immediately, the complaint should first make sure that does not depend on factors that are responsible for him,and possibly ask for an explanation from the seller and then but right after in the event of fraud, open a dispute.
and the error time expired gave why? he saw that the sw was installed, he installed the sw for the powergate old version, and attempting to use the x-communicate with the powergate new version
the buyer has closed the dispute, I was advised by **** from paypal, and the money from the sale have been unlocked! All ? finished well, was now!

great for the best,unfortunately, when one ingorante in the raw material should cpire what it does, and then possibly give the blame to a third party,I often find myself in this situation with customers who know not what they do or do not follow my instructions and then give you the fault resistance other then resolves around with a lot of excuses with santeam viewer.
