Alfa 147 jtd 115hp with turbo 140cv

Good evening I have a 147 115hp with fitted turbo 140 cv .....before mounting the turbo already had a map with the car here was discretatamente good but as soon as I mounted the turbo is a problem with the same map that I had with the original turbo after 3000 rpm, the required pressure tends to rise even if the map I require 1.250 bar and of the fourth and fifth to 4500 around I find myself at 1.6 bar and then take the average....I would like to do work at 1.5 bar fixed, but nn I understand because now with the map a little boost, I have problems....some of you, and never succeed??

I would say that you need to work with the VGT..
post some files to follow the whole speech..

I can't get with the pressure, and then it becomes useless to the exchange rate of the turbo which can withstand great pressures 1.6 1.5

do you have a pressure of 1.6 and enter in recovery? you can safely change the limiters!with regard to the turbo and you have fitted,at a given pressure with the original you have a higher flow rate!then..............

Here is uploaded again...and the problem is that nn follows the pressure as imposed on I, and that after 3,000 rpm up to give damage... then after the 1.5 bar my map sensor nn reads more because it goes off the scale.

Hello mjet10...To resolve this problem, you need to change the pressure sensor (map) with one from at least 3 bar absolute and linearizzarlo in the map!

You didn't think of that pero I don't understand why even if I set the pressure to 1.3 after 3,000 rpm up the same this and the problem...

I 147 120 hp with ed16c39 I mounted the turbine 150 , the turbo pressure measured, followed, without the problems l objective . Sure that the vgt is working well ?

I checked everything several times...the only question that comes to me, if there any small loss of pressure and to compensate for salt pressure...could it be?

No I honestly do not believe , I see it more as a problem of vgt or adjustment of the wg . If there was a leak surely you'd have less pressure .

It could also be as you say and regulated bad the vgt....if such is the case of the map I could fix it?

According to me , changing the maps of the duty of the vgt , are the ones that ecm calls time an overboost are made to the sawtooth . You'll have to do some testing.

Leave the maps of the vgt...not touching those...I had the same problem with mine...same motor...came out crazy...
To start with, try to replace the solenoid valve that controls the geometry!
My was fine only with the original map...think that only by unlocking the torque limiter and the rest of the map all gold medals, and the pressure mounting the same above 3000 rpm...
Changing the sensor and linearizzandolo in the map I managed to solve this problem...

The sensor 140 hp okay? I should be able to mpntarlo even if the 4-pin instead of 3 for a pin and' the temperature of the collector and then being able to understand what are the positive and negative pressure and easy to assemble....for linearizzarlo and hard??

I don't know how much the law that sensor...do a search for the specifications based on the code...you need to know the voltage the min\max pressure and the min\max of reading...then you need to find the bit for the linearization, and put the new values...finally doing a log with pressure gauge in hand and compare the gauge pressure with the logged...

Law max 3 bars that by removing the atmospheric pressure are 2 bars and the working voltage is equal to that of the 115 hp...so it's fine

Then you applied...you just have to find the bits for the linearization, and put the new values...

Dusted the discussion after various tests I was able to understand what was the problem... The problem was loscrico that I had made, completely ****** and that I don't know for what reason at the top was to climb the pressure to the turbo... With the sports exhaust I fixed that and the car has even more torque.... Finally I solved it so that I can dedicate myself to mapping... as soon as I make the map place...
