Hello, I think that you should first make a backup of the control unit with a good programmer, if you have a program that tools you need to go to the right address to put in the fap off..
Quoto all and I confirm that the ideal would be a nice bk bdm, even if they say that these ecu marelli 8xx are a bit difficult to open. What I have heard to say that a good k**s is the most reliable tool for serial reading of the 8xx

Looking for a little info on the forum, and you'll see that everything will be clearer.....there are tools that do only reads serial-to-obd, tools that only work at the bench (bdm,jtag,boot, etc) and tools that work in both ways.Quote:
