c'? just from experience, changing the nozzle and by increasing the number of nozzles of 15-20% the results are tangible even without a map, let alone with a map, it increases the range of gasolioda 75 to about 90mm3 without llaungare times, and the rail, so it is by rail, some of the injection times and more, advances in computing, and with a turbocharger plus as that of the 2.4 jtdm the gt2260k and cross safely to 200 hp

instead, c'? a lot to experiment with, given the wide availability? nozzles and needles.
I'm sorry, but what you have written and clear, doesn't it ? nothing new, and? logical that scaling up is more? flow..
I meant in practical terms, if someone had already? experience in the assembly of the injectors flow more from other car, or if changing their nozzles , pins, and springs, he had managed to compose an injector working, calibrated at the counter (you can't just replace the nozzles), and the inclusion of the new codes ima depending on the flow rate.
I wanted to understand if someone was an expert and had access to the codes of the various components.
Increase in the case of 15-20% are not ? a good solution, if you do not have the calibration table of the injector cos? modified since the time that we put in the map will not be accurate and the flow rate in mm3 will not be? real, and therefore not being able to have a map informed correctly.

I of course understand, if you can? help I had performed this work on the old fiesta 1.6 tdci that I had, the injection was limited so we replaced the injectors on the bench with the mills, in the amount of 18% which was the increase according to the datasheet of the difference between the 110cv and the 90hp, then reported the times of injection of 110 and montTa the variable turbine geometry the gt1544 of 110 hp, given that the fiesta had already? all to deal with it, pierburg and everything else, he rolled over 140cv to tour and I was in out of the clutch, the injectors with mark-up and recalibration to the tour had cost me 140? the one here in perugia

I wanted to have some opinion with the codes on hand to compare them, many do increases but rely on only a few pompista without worrying about the work performed.
Has anyone mounted the 110 308 on the 147?

I long ago together with a friend for a long time we studied on the top of the injectors, unfortunately ? the result that the only mark-up without too many problems ? that one by the mounting of the injectors of the 120mjet on the 115, but even in that way varies (just the angle of spray) unfortunately, the injectors, the alternative of the other machines are, however, impossible to assemble in a physical sense! However, these greatly increasing the rail pressure can reach fuel sufficient for many hp, in the order of 260-270, then any increase is additional to lack of interest...

have you done tests with the 115, I should improve the 140 hp, euro3, not c'? a lot of choice or 341 or the 308, I also tried to ask the f.lli bosio if I give him my 111 and I will maggiorano in order to get the same or higher capacity of 341.
Of course, I will give the calibration tables.

but the 140 has no pump to 1350 bar if I'm not mistaken? physically, the pump holds pressure over 1600 bar as the pumps 120/150 hp multijet?

I don't know who invented this rumor that the pumps 140 and 150 are different.. I don't have one with you.. but since you are said the same things after a p? stove. The pumps 140 and 150 are exactly the same, I know that the codes for alfa romeo are different, but the codes bosch are the same. What changes are the injectors and the management of the map, deliberately limited to 1400 bar, not 1350. The pump 140 to 150 ? the CP1 R55, able to get safely to provide 80mm3 to 1800bar, tested on a test bench, bosch official to my knowledge.
