Discussion: Info about fix miles

Hi to all,
I would like to ask more? info regarding the correction of the km framework.
All corrections should be done by dismantling the framework and it can be seen, or there are alternative ways to vary both the reporting on the framework that the odometer in the diagnosis?
For example, fiat group, edc15c7 - edc16c8 - edc16c39

Hello, it depends on the type of car, or better to say on that type of framework tools and eeprom you need to work, some you can do from the obd, while others need the framework tools disassembled to read the eeprom, and others of the canfilter.
To do a job well done, you must not only work on the instrument panel, but also on all units in which are listed the miles of the car, simple example of bmw working on the framework and on the cas.

I forgot...I have replaced the instrument panel with the other, and I thought I ripoter align the km present in the ecu with the kts, but unfortunately I can not pi? to access the control unit of the instrumentation .Thanks

let the kts does nothing of this if you've mounted a framework used you want to align the km of the machine to those of the odometer used if I'm not mistaken on this das (in km) are contained in the mcu of the das wants us to be a reader of these mcu
