Mpps reads mjt 75 and 90 right? The only writes...

Good, however, you should always write with the programmer with which it is read.....we can significantly reduce The write blocks...

This is no problem.
Where is the official list of cars that have problems to be read and written by the MPPS ?

With mpps v13, you can't forget, Ford edc16c34, for example.
If you take a v18 is already the situation is different..
