I have recently bought kess v2 clone and I have already read the different units, just yesterday a friend asked me to read the ecu of his subaru STI 2002 2.0. 265cv, I will begin with the reading and at some point I'd remove the contact and then it is written: error alarm. Could you tell me what is the problem? Thanks a lot

you're following the manual where you are asked to insert a jumper in a connector?

CLAUDIO.

you need to connect the two connectors, green, under the dashboard , and then on the basis of a year c and a', as it says in the links mssport the jumper on the white connector

when the kess gives you the error .. and because I can't read the encoding data unit .. you can do the test to change speed in voice setup
or use the program in the subaru rom raider

the ecu only read with the openport, and the kess in the list but not law, at least the clones..

fortunately you have specified (CLONE) because we have read a dozen with the kessv2 without problems, but of course we talk about tools official.
