Change km Fiat 500-nevertheless 08

Hi friends I have change the km on this car,until now I have never done of these interventions and I would like to buy some tool that can do a good service.Give me some advice on what to buy and how to do it?

I tried to correct the km after the purchase of digiprog3, as in the diagram I unsoldered the 95080 and I inserted the memory in the adapter tweezers-and then I selected the car and the type of memory on the Digiprog but when I go into the read me says that the memory at 0km as if it is not able to read anything.Has anyone happened to this thing?
