Galletto v54 or v54 vd300

Guys I have finally decided to purchase a galletto v54 after my many indecision against the kessv2 +ktag, however when I went to look on ebay I found that there are nice 2 cockerel v54 but I can't understand the difference, I can not find them anywhere can someone give me some advice?

that essentially clones,they have the difference on the pcb,card ,one,and x as much as I know with the 0386 and the other with the 0475

Maybe Nino was intended to what is the difference between the 386 and 475, that then in other words what would be two versions of the Software different?
