View The Full Version : Write sid804

claudiooreste
Hi all , I wanted to ask if you can write on a sid 804 a file ori with the same hw, while the SW is slightly different , the car in question is a fusion 1.4 tdci 2005 68cv.

I think that you should first compare the 2d and the 2 numbers sw different and see if all the areas are perfectly aligned. The maps, the engine management may also differ in the values but the rest should match.

Hello, I think that you should not write it to avoid the block of the control unit....

I compared the maps and are perfectly aligned, the only change is a few maps that have increments slightly different , but they are perfectly aligned.

I, like todos, I think that you should not risk to write this file

The car was taken to the workshop with engine failure, and does not exceed 2000 rpm and did enter and exit from the other workshops, worsening still more the situation, and because the customer is tired of this situation I brought the car to verify it of course does not know what has been done , the diagnosis presents only an error " sensor, vehicle speed" one of the first things I did was download the map and test it with an ECM that does not recognize as a gold then I compared it with a map of a fiesta with the same hw and different SW and there are increases in strange out of the drivers and many of the bits set to zero as if you have tried to eliminate some of the dtc and I have created a bit of a mess.

you can write here the id of your file,I can't see the attachment, let me see if I find something

But can I know the reason why you wanted to write a sw that is different from the original? Not the right network? Watch that blows c..or of the genus I do not think gets often....

The map ori, I just couldn't find it I've been digging around everywhere and asked colleagues but nothing at the end as that of the fiesta that I had was identical to part of the slight differences in the maps everything else was aligned, but, as written before in this machine, the map was corrota previously because there were a bit closed definitely to disable some dtc is the owner sick and tired of the situation that went on for a long time I brought the car to try to solve the problem.
