Alignment straps ducati monster S4

today I replaced the belts on my ducati monster s4. Are wasnít to install the belts without bloccapulegge and the motor is in phase.
I did do a few rounds to the engine without spark plugs with the starter motor and the belts are in phase.
My doubt is that on the tensioner lower (horizontal cylinder) I see that the belt tends to "slide" on the pulley smooth falling against the crankcase. This is not the case with the other strap (the vertical cylinder). The voltage is the same in the two straps.
Did anyone ever happened to you? do you know what can be due?

usually the turnbuckles you should be moving in the direction in which they take the belt more surface area (or degrees) on the gears of the shafts (engine - camshaft), unless you have a spring that pushes them in one direction.
can you post a detailed picture of how is this distribution?

FIXED: was a problem of the direction of the tensioner. Strange thing on the vertical cylinder tended well the belt and it didn't give problems.
