with my mpps v5, I can do this safely, without risking to block the ecu???

First of all, you need to have a self-diagnosis, able to read and write the codes injectors for that vehicle..then, or get in the ecu, and you write down the codes of the injectors, or read them on the injector...the third solution.. you get above 2500 rpm in gear for about an hour, so that the control unit is autoadatta...this plant delphi (guaranteed)
