View The Full Version : Read A map

Hello guys,

I have installed ecm titanium 1.61 and downloaded from the internet a map of a stilo 1.9 jtd 150cv

my intention is this:

I don't want to edit the map but you understand WELL what are all these maps that I see.

we can start from the motor torque:

THE REQUIRED TORQUE IN THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LIMITER TORQUE, MAX
MAX TORQUE BEFORE GEAR
MAX TORQUE SECOND GEAR
MAX TORQUE THIRD GEAR
MAX TORQUE FOURTH GEAR
MAX TORQUE FIFTH GEAR
MAX TORQUE IN SIXTH GEAR
MAX TORQUE REVERSE
TORQUE DURING START up F (RPM, ETC)
THE TORQUE REQUIRED FOR THE MODE' SPORT
THE TORQUE REQUIRED FOR THE MODE' SPORT B
The REQUIRED TORQUE DURING ACCELERATION

To the intuition of the limiter torque, max and limiter for the different gears are used to limit the torque delivered by the engine (in what way? How does it know which gear we grafted in? I do not recall any control on gearbox or gear lever)

another question, when opening the first map [the required torque under standard conditions (what are these conditions defined as standard?),in a table] I can see the number of turns on the column on the left, a percentage at the top (I dare to say that it will be the accelerator pedal) and then the numbers in each box of the table.

These values which unit of measurement do they have?

Hello!then we start from the fact that the limiters gear to gear should not be almost never touched on already are "calibrated" to a certain threshold.this is a question I asked myself too, then I have to explain that depending on the speed of the vehicle, the control unit understands the gear(there is also a map in the eprom)

is it alright to ask is lawful, answering is courtesy...
however, will the jelly is ready for the second post, it seems to me a bit exaggerated....
the forum is full of information if you do not want to take even the trouble to search the info with the appropriate key, here we are to repeat things endlessly as a vinyl record broken....

Sorry maybe I was not supposed to respond?!?! Or I said f** * ed?!!

I've read a lot the forum, unfortunately, there are only info a summary, someone who asks how to get up the couple etc etc, or leave fired with formulas increases or even discussions of death...

If according to you my post "want to the jelly ready" please tell me a post to read, and let's close this discussion.
Thank you for your attention

use the search button....

Okay,I will try these info among the forum discussions,
Thanks

The numbers in each box are the torque request as a function of the percentage pressure of the accelerator pedal, the values are in Nm must be divided by 10.
Example, if in row find 4000, those are the motor rpm, if the column I find 8192 corresponds to 100% of pressure on a pedal, and if the value is 3905 means that I'm asking 390,5 Nm
