problem with kess v2

today trying to update my kess from 3.099 to 4.036 something went wrong and or all protocols of grey.
by connecting the jlink gives me connection error cpu not supported.
does anyone know how to fix it?
there someone that can repair it?

Try to use it with their computers 2.06 Full, or 1.89.
If you select the drive, but then it makes you press ok, it should just fix the SD card.
If not successful, you have to change the cpu.

we kindly ask you if can you help me to find the complete package of update to 4.036 since I'm not sure you have installed the 4.036 but another 3.099.

You have written the fw 4.036. But the procedure does not end with writing the fw and stop.
You will need to update protocols from their computers 2.11 DE or not you will rise, ever, correctly the fw 4.036.
