View The Full Version : help dpf off delta 1.6 mjt
Good evening to all, tomorrow I will read in bdm ecu, the delta 1.6 mjt 120 cv of my cousin having code hw 0281014569,given that the machine begins to present problems to the dpf I wanted to remove it, and on the occasion of this also bypass the egr valve...he also would like to map it but not being capable I don't know how to move given that there are no drivers in the ecm...so I wanted to advice on how to act. You advise me to use software such as time?or you can give me a help for do it manually?I don't know the address nor the actions to perform, but it would be for me a satisfaction to do it myself with your help. Last question: if you want to map it,eliminargli the egr and the dpf where should you start?I should do the same job on my delta as soon as I am able.tomorrow I'll post the files of the backup starting.hello to all
I do not think that it is very easy for those of you that l have never done in the care of a professional!!
No one can give me some information on how to act manually? The guidelines and actions to act? I would not use time for the dpf...tomorrow, place the file that I extracted today in the bdm. Thanks
Carlo would prefer to try it myself with your directions...I've had bad experiences with "professionals."and then if they are here is to learn

entrusted service online.. the blonde on the right ;)
I have nothing against the dedicated service of the forum but I would like to learn how to work on these ecu not to purchase the services.I will try the other info...
Best wishes.. you will see that luca stanca is not as close an egr or map stock..
it is certain that we start with a euro5 where the dpf should be retouched by hand...is not that it is very wise as to what....anyway more of that to do the white smoke and light the engine on...you can not do....*****affect to look for it on the forum that there is material galore....make a test of you...and put it...any advice you get for sure.

Thanks ducati83 when I get back from work (I work on it a bit.on my delta by a professional, the dpf has been deleted, I believe, with time given the results of dtc off...maybe floor the two maps and see what has been touched.I would not use time, but the evil that goes I do with this software only provisionally xke now the machine regenerates continuously...
I forgot,I know it is not easy but it is the easy things that I don't like to do the heheh the challenge is for me to do it!Good evening to all
usually, even the professionals buy the file from those programs and a reliable, costly, or themselves, these programs, that's why hardly you will have something, all they have paid for ;)

not only this... and also hard to accomplish manually-not to say, write all the addresses to give to the DEC, and the ESA...
But I'm fault not attach the link of the file ori does not celo remove never?
I now to give you na hand back and forth I have to go to find the file?
Put Ori 1CBEB2-1CBFBC and see how it goes...
I'm sorry cinqueturbo I was straconvinto to have it posted earlier after reading it last week, dedicating myself to this work, always in the late evening between sleep and confusion I missed this thing . I will try as you described. Thanks again!
Guys you have just written and tested the car is fine up to now does not try to regenerate the one thing that I noticed is that the egr in the diagnosis of small movements even if the marks in the negative values between -0,02 and for 0.11 if I remember well, for the rest, all is well including the dtc working. Thank you all and in particular cinqueturbo for the info on the dtc! Good weekend to all!!
Hi guys I have a problem with the car in question...with regard to the work of luca stanca from the ecu everything is ok,in the physical removal, however, my cousin has had problems with the temperature sensor dpf which was damaged having been locked in the thread...now I find myself in the diagnosis the following dtc P2085 failure of the electrical sensor, inlet temperature dpf. I was wondering if it was possible to delete in the map, the single dtc, and in this case how to search for it among the block that I added to get them all after the luca stanca.I remember some time ago having read something on the calculation of the position but does not seemed to work.I would not want to have to replace this sensor because the purpose of the operation is no longer needed...hi all
are you sure that is broken? because I remember that time that was the problem that came out of the...
however, there is a guide on the forum for the elimination of the dtc,do you do it, but if you get recoveri for the sensor you need to trick linearizandolo
The car has walked for a week before the emptying of the luca stanca because of the lack of time...then when it was disassembled, the probe is broken, the terminal part, and in fact, in the diagnosis it gives me the open circuit.regarding the guide I will try to seek it out and examined it even though I have already read in the past without having found a solution, maybe you've added something, and I followed most

on edc16, the formula of calculation for dtc work. But it takes a bit of the eye in finding the right addresses of the beginning of the tables dtc.
watch you should have no problems....if you use for example time and you find the table the dtc, after analyzing with winols and the damos of the 1.9, you'll find him easily...***** and not always I can download so I don't know that files you have( and I am sorry to say, I do not agree with this policy) and I can point you in the zone....I can ask you to give me the hw and sw otherwise that would limit a user if in the other way I get that here on the forum I was banned?
anyway, I think that the indication may be useful to you....

Are you sure that physically the valve closes for good? it is true that from the map you have it closed but if there are debris deposits that do not permit you to quit totally pass of exhaust fumes....you should clean it well with a product (if easily accessible) and verify physically that do not pass the flue gas.
I am not sure why it was cleaned a few months ago,was not in the program to eliminate it but given that I had to put the hand to the ecu I defappato and closed egr
