Hello all this is a bit' that I try to study and understand the map of a mini One 1600 90 cv, by comparing with
the files in the forum and also with map of the mini One 115 hp
I state that I do not find the factors for correction to obtain the values in the clear. The first thing that I noticed between
map of 90 hp and 115 hp is a considerable difference in the map to open throttle valve:
does anyone know how to read it, and if it is expressed in degrees or percentage? The factor? So to understand if you have to retouch it

I too am interested to understand more on this map more than anything I would like to understand what is the strategy that adopts the ecu to open the butterfly valve,I think it is a function of percentage throttle rpm and engine load.
Or on the basis of other variables.
So maybe we will be able to better understand in what consists the change, perhaps the change consists in the opening of the throttle valve based only on the opening percentage accelerator pedal excluding all the rest.

this is the map that I started taking as a cue the other maps in the network even if I do not know if the driver names are correct, conversion factors, etc.
are a few month that I try to understand something
injection map base= the time injectors injection in milliseconds
on one axis you have the rounds on the other the throttle angle..
in this map you can give increases in the small percentages at a time
carefully monitoring your afr
advance map base= advance to main degrees in advance of tdc
the a and b axis rpm and in the other corner butterfly
this map increase it with caution, is careful not detoni
advance correction f (ECT)and f(Oil-T) =is the correction to advance in degrees as a function
of the engine rpm, and especially of the temperature and coolant temperature
more oil that the other are the limiter in advance in practice, this map is
another function of engine oil temperature
pressure volumetric ma1 and map2, I believe, are for the volumetric efficiency that is, the ecu uses
to determine the "engine load" via the map sensor, and if the increments I think they give more
benza, you should try logging the car in the axes you have rpm and percent throttle opening
also, if the output of this map the titanium you the from in millibars, I believe that it is in
percentage volumetric efficiency of the engine..
butterfly electronic=equal map control the throttle via the accelerator pedal, the output
this map is the angle of throttle opening in the axes you have rpm and percentage of angle pedal
accelerator.
with all these maps I think do not need another to make a better mini
the trick is all in setting the throttle electronics, which as you can see
at certain rpm it tends to close out..do not go over a certain percentage
opening to avoid damage to the butterfly...you have to see from the log here...
if you want you can also compare a file with the mini cooper S to understand the logic of increase
advances and benza and butterfly...
and indeed, if you compare a file cooper S one john cooper works, you realize that in all the maps

hello thank you, in these days I have not had much time, I gave it a look; I saw that the advance payments (if the cv's indicated in the maps correspond) of the cooper s and john cooper decrease....and the things that change are those which I have mentioned and something else

what do you need? the titanium already converts it for you...
