View The Full Version : read in the tool boot
Hello... I have read this unit, a free2 2.2 td4 and I can not do anything else read all, the only thing that I saw and only what you see in the data control unit...
then I wanted to ask where ec written protected means that the file is protected and I can't read anything..
sorry for the questions from the profane, but my first reading tool boot and I would like to understand if a unit and protected I am I wrong..thanks
these ecu's are not protected, made dozens and more between freelander and evoque ,maybe if you put the image a bit larger I understand what you mean
if you read all you, the law quietly?
when you ask for advice you have to give the most info possible on the machine and on to the unit, numbers, hw, sw power, engine, year and so on, otherwise it is a waste of time.
sorry ugobos if my information is not complete, but lavevo removed from a half-demolished a few months ago and not riccordo all the data
sportknight I don't know how you see the picture, because after it posted I can not open it to see if it was visible, however, if I have resd all I do not see anything I read, only the data control unit by connect
sorry ugobos if my information is not complete, but lavevo removed from a half-demolished a few months ago and not riccordo all the data
I understand but if you have the ecu in hand at least post the data to the hw and sw.
are you sure that you put it in boot mode with the wire soldered on the ecu?
I brought the wire with the resistance on the ecu, but I have welded only put in the hole that made me see the connection procedure
Hw 0281017917
Sw 1039s45299
If I'm not mistaken, these are
it is a EDC17CP42, I suggest you use a needle retractable if you don't want to solder the wire, put it just in the hole may have a contact uncertain, and change the resistance, one of these I was not able to read it with the cock, but it gave me error as soon as I began reading, read with kess.
Ok ugoboss thanks for the information
If not, the read is probably burnt out the ECU, maybe when it was open
it happened to me to do the ecu id and then not go forward because there was some track that was skipped, however, may also be an instability of your cock not to have it read, usually these are read with your eyes closed :)
When the open I have been paying attention and I checked that I have not done damage, however, I will try again to read it, am using it as a unit test
you should always riprovarla drive immediately after it opened
