Hello Egs, are simply an enthusiast, I have two brothers who have an auto/electrical repair shop and since I was a child I always wandered into their local keys, grease, and cars...are a very curious, I like to experiment work physically in the maccanica/electronics, small jobs them I run alone, my true profession is the technician HW/SW and LAN networks....
I have, as I said, an alfa 159 jtdm 1.9 150, as all the incappo in the problems with EGR etc....in the past I installed an additional control unit to give good satisfaction, but lately it seems to give signs of incompatibility (I already know that they are highly not recommended) and as a result the birth of a strong curiosity about the remapping. Reading here and it seems to me possible to do something to ****llo diy, and maybe one day help my brothers in this industry...who knows...in the meantime it is nice to dream.
