View The Full Version : info gallo v54 without jig
Sorry someone can tell me if I can use the galletto v54 clone without the template (or necessary?). I have a rooster v54 clone and would like to try to read and make a backup of my ecu edc16u34 but still the template I don't. I own along with the rooster the e xxx command cable with switch 12v and pin strip supplied. I think you could directly solder pin strip 10 contacts directly to the ecu and after connect them directly to the flat cable that comes from the command, but first I'd like someone more experienced to give me some advice (a part of the purchase of the template that is already in the program).
thanks

Failing all else, you can easily do it like you said! remember to connect the flat cable to the other e xxx with the switch to provide current to the eci
I will recommend you the template of the schedule to the support is welded to the Ecu is a bit risky if you're not familiar as well as being faster
overbooster me I have to order the template, and schedule or try to crearmene a from me (if I can't cut a little of the time ******). For the welds I should not have problems, which is something that I do every day.
So guys I have done the tests but I have seen that is not the law of the ecu, the error and tells me to turn off and on again after 10 seconds. I called who gave me the cock and told me that the power of the e xxx (the one with the switch) to be connected to a power outlet from the rooster the same why don't you have to give him two power supplies (sup. e xxx + alim. the rooster). However, all this seems strange to me. my link is: included power supply is connected to the cock, flat cock at the e xxx from the rooster, another flat from the cmd connected to the control unit respecting the 12v (by checking with the tester), connected to the e xxx gal/cmd cable with the switch in turn connected to a 12v power supply. I don't know if something wrong, if someone could give me some tips
good files
That answer is good files?
the template is highly recommended, for what it costs might as well buy it, take a look on ebay for example
to read the bosch bdm you should feed only the e xxx, to read my med9.1 I have done so and it worked
