View The Full Version : Compatibility Ecu Bosch EDC16C39
Hi guys,
I need kindly some info after research ****** has not provided any illumination.
I have a Alfa 147 1.9 jtdm 120cv that mounts the edc16c39_882_005 which has had severe problems that caused me burning, fuel pump and injectors.
To repair it, it cost me more than replacing (as always in the computing environment with the pc.. the mirror!).
My question is:
Having a edc16c39_965_(I think 724) can be mounted on the car instead of the 882 ? if yes, which procedure?
Currently it is connected so much to try it, and the drive part without a problem, but I don't know if it is from the place the eeprom in any way.. I'm not an expert unfortunately..
I look forward to your feedback
Thanks
If you have connected and the car starts without problems, not create errors in diagnosis, I do not see what could be the problem.
In addition to this, if I give the number the full hardware your provider and compararti the compatible control units.
Thanks for the swift response (really, thanks because I am without a car waiting to make decisions and spend money that I don't have).
FIAT HW is 55206270
The ID Number is 9374D
BOSCH HW is 0281012882
BOSCH Number SW is 1037379005
BOSCH ID SW is 3444
(I wanted to attach the img of mpps with all the details but I do not have permissions, active...)
Available I the control unit :
BOSCH HW is 0281012965
BOSCH Number SW is 1037379724 (not verified)

Ah.. I forgot to say that the control unit 965 was on a 16v and mine is 8v.
(I don't know if it changes something because I have the ORI 8v of the controller 965 that in the case of ie firing and fanQ!).
:)

black the compatibility l have extracted from esitronic?
if you put it on, and part buol say that the ecu is scodificata, otherwise it would not be starting, at this point put in the back up your and try to spin it.
Ugoboss, it is obvious that scodificata but does not recognize anything in diagnosis, it is not compatible with my car and only starts the engine.
I purchased a unit a mirror to my on the baya (hopefully good).
For the scodifica how to proceed with this model ?
I need BDM or through the map with mpps and any CarSoftware or Nyo4 or I don't know what else ?
Copy in the bdm backup of the original if you took one of those compatible. First, however, make a backup of the one you bought and if you can do a partial on that with immodec or similar.
Via OBD2 you can do this procedure, or need a push with BDM ?
Can you kindly give me the names of the software capable of this function?
Thanks
to intervene on the encoding you need to access the eeprom, and can be accessed via the BDM. But if you put the backup of your you will not have problems.
I have written over the procedure, read with caution.
sorry you burned an ecu edc16 a honda 2200 crv tdi with hardware 0281013636, if I find one that's compatible, and if kindly someone asked me to the show as listaoppure way to locate them, I would have the backup of the flash, e2p, and micro, if I write them on one of those compatible even if different hardware to solve? it seemed to me from previous discussions of it
Only the e2p, you can migrate.
If you change your hw, you can't install the SW to a different although compatible.
They have their own SW and are not switchabili.
At least as far as I know..
if the hardware is compatible as tables bosch, with a bdm backup creates an identical clone, albeit a different number.
if bosch says that it is compatible make a perfect clone.
Go to scodifica partial, if they are all 2 in the same family, you would lack only the encoding injectors.....
Obvious that you have to work with the bdm, I use immo universal decoding LT.
Estimated that I'm running a 159 of 2005 with a unit always 159 of 2012
how do you see the compatibility of ecus with esitronic? in that menu you should go to that package you need to have active?
thanks
