Hello all, I would like to ask you a question...

My brother has an alfa romeo Giulietta 1.4 Tjet 120 hp at which I would begin to give a glimpse of the most in-depth...;) Only that it was the first time that I try to read a ME7.9.10. So I wanted to read it in boot tricore to have a full read...

I confirmed that in addition to connect the module tricore do I have to solder the two resistors as in the photo attached?
What's the use of precisely these two resistors?
And also, once you've read in boot tricore, I can rewrite it in serial or you have to write it always in the boot...?

As always, thanks in advance for your answers!

Hello, from the questions that you do not think it is a good idea to play with the ecu of this car........Begins to discover the ecu + semplici...........

Hello passion motors, thanks for your opinion...
If, in addition to the kess had had the ktag I would have been more quiet...
Ecu serial I have already done but now I wanted to try and study this... you know better than me, in this world if you don't practice every day, and if you don't do testing on your skin you will remain always firm to the pole.
I know that I have the ecu for a bit more delicate, but precisely for this reason I was wondering certainties of you who are more experienced... otherwise I would not have signed up for the forum...

Hello, even with your tool read and write, it takes a little knowledge and skill to open without breaking anything, it also often happens to me, don't believe you, every so often there is something that goes wrong. The certainty is when you open the ecu and then log on again in the car to see if everything is ok, if you after you proceed to read. I repeat for the study of material and files you find as many as you want, however, I repeat starts with a few ecu test.............

You do it in the boot not in the tricore. However, if you have to do flaw in the serial.you recover the file ori the change
Then write with no problems

ugoboss
try to connect with kess in the serial, and then the data, if you have a good kess with data bank at home should save you the file already' the only way'.

tecnoecu
hi the file that is read at boot, you have to write in the boot, if I write in serial, you can have a block ecu and then in the utility menu you can check if you already have the file available after the fact id

So far my interface, I have never cheated ( and for this I thank the store of the forum), but I do not have the in-house database, for this I wanted to do a reading of it in the boot

tecnoecu
well, in this case, you should read it first in the boot

I do not go with the KESS V2 Clone, you plant the ORI figured the clone...
Here's the experience of a customer.
Kess V2 EUR 3.099 Read by OBD with a standard cable (NO TRICORE) Med 7.6.2 HYBRID of a Opel Corsa 1200 16v year 2009.
Well, reading is made without problems, if I need I also the file ORI.
Has disabled the LAmbda with time, and the time to rewrite it is planted throughout the 96% result.... I intervened myself and I can tell you that:
-From the OBD on their computers detects 13.3 v but after 30secondi 0% exit Communication ERROR with the ECU interrupted write.
-Recovery from their computers same as above 0% for 30 sec... etc..
-From boot done as god commands to the bench with the pins from the thread made by me starting from the cable to the MED-7.x and EDC17 ORIGINAL Alientech... on their computers detects 0,0 v and you cannot communicate.
-Step then the Galletto V2, well, the OBD the same old story, plant it and chide if you want to send the***** to support FGTech.... the difference is that in the eobd2 you see the 2%...
-THE ECU is no longer the ECU-ID is not recognized, and in spite of the tester to detect 12v. fixed data from a 12v power supply and 3RD on the 3 pins to be fed by 12v. on the bench, connect the 2 CAN H and L green and white, and the mass, but nothing, it seems that in the electronic control unit does not enter the current....
In the end he sent the ECU to not know who has decreed what we already knew, the ecu braised....
So you bought a complete kit ECU 7.6.2 Med, a pawl with a key and a board computer which will then have to align... now anyway, the car is still in motion.....
What do you think? I ste the ECU is not the I would do it despite the fact that I possess KEss V2 4.036, Ktag 6.070, FGTech V2 is that V53 V54, MPPS V5, and V12 and V13.....
I prefer to tell the customer I'm sorry but I don't....
Another customer with the OPEL Astra OPC with MEd 7.2 instead made with KEss V2 3.099 was better with the clone, who with his brother, the bad Heavenly Infinity Slave.... that does not make it...
