Or the thermostat remains closed and dispose of a little heat or a problem on the fan module. Diagnosis you have errors? Test with a potentiometer on the wires of the Ntc water to simulate 90^, and then lower down to a cold temperature it should turn off. On the road under load the temperature goes above 100?
hello have you checked if the circulation of the water ? good, why? with this defect, or c'? the radiator is clogged or c'? little traffic (broken impeller water pump).check these things

found the fault?
The Failure was due to the fan starting at a very low temperature and I had to reprogram the ecu...I apologize for the delay of information....
then the file was not ori?

Probably someone has touched the scale of the correlation of water temperature sensor, I have seen it on some maps that the remodeling to improve the warm start, the chroma, if I have 20 points with bk ranging from 85 to 1008, and that you change only the part of the "cold", if someone instead has remodeled the whole curve can? be that has climbed all the sensor bust the management of the fan.
I hope I was helpful
