Hi guys, and a few days that I started to modify the parameters of the map on my
The car,a Subaru wrx sti 2013 with ecu Denso GW,
(I repeat that I am a beginner and That is my first reprogramming)
I've done about 7-8mesi is a basic course by alientech,
But yesterday, in speaking with experienced people tell me That I'm a fool,What a start from a turbo petrol,
Now I would like to know on which drive/control units it is convenient to start for a person and a novice?
I thought That diesel engines were more complicated because of the various ENGINE FAILURES OR CUTS!
Thanks dell lighting

I'm a beginner, I have not done any courses or another.
And my work, and into another field, where the motors nothing do to with it.
In my opinion, ? pi? difficult to map well to gasoline.
The detonation ? always around the corner, it takes a lot of experience.
And ? very simple to make things worse, causing serious damage to the engine.

Yes, Well this is true, but also true That starting with a diesel you have a lot of problems with the ENGINE failures Right?

bh? I am also a "beginner"and a self-taught,after countless tests a couple of units locked have succeeded in the purpose with a lot of a lot of reading of books and a lot of PASSION.I would not put myself in comparison to a professional!!!!the benza are absolutely pi? difficult diesel but c'? also to say that the countless sophisticated sensors to make things more? simple with the denotations that.

the engine failures or cuts are also taking place in the benza, this is because? are not "touched" some limiters

Well ok then, and true to reprogram a petrol ENGINE and the most dangerous to reprogram a diesel!
But unfortunately, or the chance of starting to map only on the turbo diesel, I will have to do a lot of attention,
Maybe a sugg?in order to avoid the locking of the ecu?

the clamping of the control unit and the last of the thoughts!! I would be careful with the parameters! too lean, too fat,to the pressure of the turbo, etc., we would like a linear probe to simplify a p? things.

Quoto, and a stretch of road closed or less busy, where you can do all your testing with a probe and a diagnosis attached.

If you have a good dedicated programmer for your ecu is not the block, to the maximum to learn to riesumarla at the bench :) Anyway you're careful with the parameters, change always with a lot of attention!
