Attachment Help

Could someone please explain to me how to attach files to the messages? I have tried every way, but not me ? consito attach anything! I tried to upload maps, also compressed with the extension .rar, but not me ? successful in any way! Pu? be due to the fact that I still have 50 messages to my active?
If someone could give me explanations...

Then when you reply to a discussion in the lower right-hand side c is the modality advanced that you have to select,At this point in the bottom center I find written manage attachments click on it And it opens a new screen where at the top right you will find written Add file,we click who and then a bit more? at the bottom there, and use the file at that point go to and select from your pc the file is in rar format and click who on upload file,now see the selected file in the lower left, and then finish by selecting always in the bottom left of the fact, and find the file attached in the discussion,good continuation.

Gi? yesterday I proceeded (pi? times) exactly as described by you, but each time with the command "select file", the file you want to attach to me appeared in the top window with the check mark, but when I click on the button "upload file", the checkmark turns into a red circle with an exclamation point and placed above the mouse appears the inscription: "Error #2038".
I tried again, also in this moment, repeating again exactly how you indicatami, but the result does not change...
Do you have any idea on what could be causing this and how to fix it?

According to me this is in the wrong format,you can upload the file in question on if they mind and check on me? Or if you want to pm me your login details and I fit in with your account and verify it, then of course you change the pass.

I tried with different formats, but nothing! I also tried to upload a photo with the format .jpg, but the result ? always the same...
