the sleeves are ok, I replaced the air flow regulator and dibbimetro but nothing, always the same problem

Hello, what diagnosis do you use? From experience I can say that could be the conducted egr clogged, try removing the tva and the pressure sensor on the intake manifold, checks that they are not dirty why? easily have blocked all the passages in the cylinder head.

Hello Jared use in diagnosing both the original iveco bosch clean everything, even with a direct link to iveco have given a correct answer, the error
is not always highlighted, for example a month, says nothing and then errors all the time.

For case, the problem comes out after it has rained?why? the error 199 in mind, it seems to me that it is "low-pressure turbocharger," the old electro valves from the vgt had a filter that if you bathed once gave this type of problem

Otherwise you could do a another test: after the depressor c'? a T from where the tube of the vacuum that controls the solenoid valve of the egr and of life, add a tip from 2.5 mm to enlarge, I advise you to turn it with pliers and not with the drill otherwise you risk to pass to the other side �.

to me the daily c18 has given many problems with the usual error boost pressure as a first check of the depression to the mount then the tubing, and in the end the steps of the exhaust gas from the egr valve to the intake
this is my experience

I too am on a 3 litre there I'm watching from a few days with the same problem,I put in motion egr valve is open (because I can see from the tube which sucks) and the closed throttle valve.after a few minutes, you hear the engine change, the rumble, the egr is closed (because the tube does not suck more)and the butterfly valve opens and the light comes on edc internal error of the low pressure turbocharger.I still don't know what could create this problem
