the problem with kess v2

hi all, I purchased a kess v2 clone but I can not download the help by k-suite. I also tried to install previous versions of the k-suite (1.85 and 1.9 x) on a pc that had never been installed, k-suite but the result ? always the same, that is, when I click on the button to check out for a second, the wait window then disappears and nothing happens, can you help me ? thanks
