View The Full Version : Problems reading BDM Fgthec marelli NEVERTHELESS, 6F3
Hi guys I have this problem I have to read this ecu of a gp 75hp but I can not communicate with the interface.
I have to say that I followed to the letter the instructions of the link and removed the resistor to get it to communicate, but nothing.
I attach images error

I can not see the images, why? are still limited, but you're feeding correctly from the comb?what uses the strip, or have you tried e xxx?
strange thing, not even ID, ? the first mjtd 1.3 what do you do? I want to say your tool ? tried on these ecu's?
why? if the tool ? ok the problem must be related to the links.
have you tried to reconnect the ecu in the car?

have you tried to reconnect the ecu in the car?
but you are selecting BDM Jdag you?
it seems to me that you are on the page car..
I powered everything according to the instructions in the pdf and I used e xxx spring on the template.
I just says micro nn supported.

you have to unsolder the resistor to 0ohm, as it says in the manual bdm...
which adapter to cmd bosch resistance and was removed

you said that you followed the instructions to the letter, I advise you to reread them, and I remind you not to feed the adapter that interponi between the fgthec and the e xxx, spring-loaded, food from the comb, and you're also attentive to the direction of the e xxx, take a few photos of how the positions of everything and post that to see if something wrong.
I also had the same error why?, absentmindedly, not interponevo between the cock and the e xxx spring-loaded adapter.
This adapter must be powered for the BOSCH, and NOT for the Marelli that receive power from the comb.
The only advice I can add ? to clean up good pitches with a contact cleaner.
ok
then it seems to me that the first error from vs help ? the failure to use the adapter's cmd, which must not be fed to the marelli.

other photos I have for now, but the one posted at the beginning you can see the position of the red cable flat on the top right
as for the pitches that are 6 pairs I aligned everything to the left of the e xxx leaving blank the first couple to the right
as you can see from the photos that I put at the beginning... in the output from the tool where there are the wires for the pin-out c'? another switch that feeds the red wire giving a 12v (tested it with a tester) and I have to operate???? the cio? I have to give the 12v saw that goes to the comb?

certain breast from where the food the ecu, put the adapter (it has the towards that as well, look at the photos on the explanations) supplies the control unit from the comb, feed the rooster and try again.

as soon as possible riprover? and you do? know.

if I can give you a cosniglio delete the pin and spring that are not made outilizzati and then with a pair of tweezers and a nice lens verification one-to-one 5 it's enough for you to read.
so guys I tried again to read, and this time I managed to connect to the ecu.
for? the strange thing ? that I by chance? read/write only micro and e2p me in reading the full 3 files one of which is from 513kb and a 4kb pi? a complete 517kb
now I wonder how can I read/ write the flash???
I have to say that ecu ? been taken already? scod. partial to be put on a vehicle with auto-learning code
here are photos and files
9007
the maps are in the micro 513kb then we e2prom, 4kb, and the total of all 517kb (513+4) 70cv ? so you do not have flash.

thanks ugoboss
but I knew that the flash ? 2mb why? this ? a 75hp
the complete file ? 2.5 mb
if ? a 75 then reading ? wrong, actually has to read a file from 2mb more the e2prom, very likely you have done something wrong, then, remove the resistance from 0, replace the e xxx the right way by interposing between the same and the cock of the adapter, the food control unit from the comb (not the adapter ) and the laws, must read 3 file, a fllash 2mb an e2prom, 4kb, and the file of mpc, if you do the reading ? better.
removed the resistance put the adapter without food and fed the ecu to comb the strange thing ? the micro and the e2p me she has read it but in the picture you can see that the flash ? fogged, as if that was not possible... will have to? review the position of the e xxx why? the adapter if you dont put good does not communicate with the ecu with the tool
have you tried to do the read all to see what it reads? (? the first key above)
have you tried to do the read all to see what it reads? (? the first key above)
what I've done...
gave me 3 files
1 513kb
1, 4kb
1 517kb
very strange, replace the e xxx and try again, have you noticed if the ecu had already been opened?
it is already written in the place previous to the ecu and to mount on a 75hp and was taken already with immo off partial mode to the first power of the picture re-encoding

E-mail ID of the ECU HW & SW, or a Photo..
do some photos in hd around the processor, we see that have not disconnected or tampered with something.
Ok,as soon as,I'm in the garage I do

Missing a photo with e xxx mounted to the stage of reading..
But the e xxx the balances?
or use the e xxx spring?
could you make a try to write him in as a backup to see what happens..
sorry here are the other

for me to have done something on the e2prom, you do one thing, write the file to the e2prom that I am attaching, and then, after you have disconnected and reconnected the power on the ecu try to read the whole thing.
Sorry ugoboss I have a doubt, as a gi? l,I've taken already immo off partial is that it does not read the flash
Sorry ugoboss I have a doubt, as a gi? l,I've taken already immo off partial is that it does not read the flash
if you want to do a test cut to the chase you need to do this, my file is not ? immo-off ? the virgin, in the sense that ? a new ecu then I am sure that the flash you read, it doesn't take much only write the e2p and then try to read the whole thing, I'm trying to help you and these are the tests that I want to do, then if you have doubts or don't you trust let loose of my board.
meanwhile, thanks x your help, my doubt, and that was done immo off partial and x, this does not make me read the flash, no x your advice, which I doubt, as soon as I have time lighthouse the test you recommended
Hello Polini I am sending you 2 photos of how I connected my e xxx with only 5 needles welded, maybe can? to help you (in the photo is missing the adapter, cmd, why? I had forgotten it, but when I put it I have read just a ecu as your the same hw and sw)
if ? already scodificata part-you can write in the serial the 54 is quietly
anyway, the file of the 75 ? 2 mb
guys I solved the problem was the e xxx that needle touched the pitch thanks to you all x the answers, you know a few e xxx of good workmanship I long ago I bought one of the optican x bosch ,but x marelli can't find it you know something.
another thing, now that I have the full backup, x rewrite by obd always with the Fgthec which and the length of the file to 2mb or 2.5 mb
if you read in bdm why? nn write bdm excuse.
And was written in the bdm, but X any trick in the map
