This evening I ? entry into the workshop of a bmw serie1 2.0 d year 2007 , with the customer complaining about a minimum not so much adjust to the cold.
I state that I have not done any checks just a quick diagnosis to see if there were errors in the diagnosis and ecu engine I have all 4 glow plugs burned , then 2 permanent errors on the muffler ( the cio? dpf ) and the other 2 that I miss.
My question ? as ever with these errors, especially of the dpf does not turn on the light engine?
It may be that they have put your hand to the ecu, or even better, deleted the dpf?
Or other suggestions?

Attention that on some bmw diagnosis give errors on the glow plugs, even if they are good. For? you should check it out yourself.
If all 4 burned the problem to chill and definitely the one with the problem

If you get errors on the glow plugs check out good why? often jumps the control unit that the command
in those on the tester bosch I seem to remember that there is the possibility to slightly vary the flow rate at start-up, and record the rpm's to a minimum
as it says in Mikigor often the Bmw did not light the lamp ie
OT:
the other day ? past a colleague with a 120D to make a diagniosi and for testing purposes we had staccato swirl and egr (both position command)
6/7 errors and light off
To force that Bmw customers say that they don't have many problems

Hi, Michele !!!is Roberto a new writing, I read this an old problem that you had, were you able to solve it? I ask this because I have a BMW 320 D engine n47 2008 and some day, when the engine is still cold I have a slight erratic idling that lasts for a maximum of 3 min. a minimum of 1 minute. after that everything is perfect, I have noticed that when it is irregular, the motor of the valves, swirl it works by zipping and unzipping, no fault code, glow plugs and ecu plugs are new. I removed the manifold and I washed montandogli a new motor to control the opening swirl ,now I feel more brilliant is strong but always has that minimum a little dancer for the first minute after cold start. when it is hot, has a minimum perfect. I HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE OR SOLUTION.
THANKS

Hello Guidotacco, to be honest, my first doubt was the EGR, so I disassembled it and checked vivsivamente and I found only a light soot, so I cleaned and reassembled but ! it had the same defect, so I thought I'd close the passage of gas towards the collector plate in place of the gasket, but !! the same irregularities. then I decide to connect the Texa x clear errors generated from the closing and I can not find.( perhaps it's not disconnecting all the connections and the vacuum pipe has not felt the obstruction), however, an improvement I found when I did a reset of the EGR valve, decreasing by at least 2 minutes, the erratic idling. what do you think??? I look forward to your advice. Thanks
