After you have written the mod file via OBD on the Opel Vivaro, Renault engine 2.5 dci with the EDC16C36 the machine does not work well.
But don't take turns and sighiozza and diagnosis fault DF053 "Rail pressure regulation function"
I tried to rewrite the file ori but the problem remains.
Reading and writing, both with the mod files and after with the ori and always went well without any problems, and the inietori are encoded.
Someone already happened?
What it could be?
And it is just a coincidence or something else?

according to me it's not the writing. From the error it seems to be a problem in the regulator pump HP.
written once, but I agree I would do + these ecu must be made in bdm and you equal your ass.
right...... if with the original file, the problem remains ? a problem on the controller of the high pressure pump ;) if you dared a bit too much with the request of the rail on the map???

I have written about 1.9 always with the is ecu with kess 2.07 serial, only drawback ? that when it ends the writing turns on the wrench with a written request for maintenance, as if you have to do the service, reset the service coupon and everything is ok ;)

Using the map clearing a bit and mettendollo to zero, you can disable the limiter, which is written in e2p.
You can't' change the map (the value), that I know of, but you can only do off-on.
The' I've done on a Trafic with EDC16C33 with success... ;)

I tried to change the sensor rail pressure that I had a spare but the error and the behavior is the same...
Now I have to see with the regulator pump because I understood that the rail pressure too high and leaving open a screw on the rail, which was the naphtha until controlavo ignietori you abbasava the pressure in the rail and the machine worked much better, almost like the are.

Hmmm... On a trafic in this way, I've disabled the limiter at 100km, which is in the e2p and everything went ok.

Codificha rail and pump ??? I have heard something about this, qualchuno knows more about it ?

Unfortunately it is not seen in the photo,
but now I have heard that' also' the other coleghi had the same problem via OBD.
Alora, not fattela via OBD without first full backup in the BDM is EDC16C36 !

Behold, in the end we solved today with the Opel Tech2 original.
Since you don't wax the new update of the ecu we changed the coding for the regulator of the rail and the pump because there are two different and subbito after, the car started to work perfectly.
You see that' writing via obd and lost the right configuration of the regulator, and the rail was crazy.
Problem solved, for good luck...

I also have fallen in the same trap. What a hell..... I tried to do everything in BDM, but nothing.
Machine Renault Trafic 2.5 dci
In the process I learned the following lessons:
1. Ktag and gallo do not know how to do the checksum for some reason. The solution was to do the checksum in winols and write without correction.
2. The file virgin that makes you IUD3.2 does not work. it's probably tested on older versions of these units.
3. The CanClip and completely pissed. I tried once to change the controller type pressure Type 2, but it got me. At the end, after 10 tries, we succeeded.
I only have one thing to say : Mcchine French m€r3a!!
