? correct : 3CFF becomes FF3C. Swap bytes does is change the display type from big endian to little endian or vice versa I can't remember (use vlc)..
If you do not ? clear tell me that I can explain myself better.

I understand that the swap should be read to the contrary, but I don't understand why? 3CFF that needs to be read from right to left should not be FFC3 instead of as you say FF3C ?
