change km on ford focus 2002/2003

Hello guys.. I need a help to change the miles on the ford focus 1 series diesel with the framework that mounts the plcc 52 hc1168e9..

I have the digiprog.. but not c? to read it.. I always error in the initialization... someone has already experience in this regard?
