Kess V2, need help with repair

Hi jungs,

I was doing some testing and managed to break my tool :( . Die connected on 24V and now I get "External Exception EEFFACE".

- SD-card is tested ende
-NXP is ende (Replaced) and also I get RED-LED, weiß, firmware is running correctly.


Does anyone know which components normally get burned? I really would appreciate some assistance with repair
