Hi all, I have closed a egr valve on a bravo 2.0 mjet edc16c39 but in dignosi I see the value 128%.

There are a bit special from the tap?? The mod ? been hand made.

The car is fine linear and without any light.

do not close so a edc16c39, there are the famous panettone to pave more other less important things.

I know the cakes were on the edc16c8 type where there were 4 panettone to pave the on the alfa I have ever seen made with the two controls and the management capacity to the maximum value.

I don't know what you mean by "control" in any case, edc16 we are to put to zero and it is not necessary, tap the map management.

The panettone speaks ugoboss ? a strategy to close it applicable in any electronic device that is equipped with a hysteresis loop to enable the operation and disable it. In fact, you can use this system on virtually all of the edc16, edc15 vag and also edc17. True ? this method of closure has to have a perfect operation of the valve.

so' it's okay, the diagnosis should have a maximum of 4% fixed and egr valve off, of course, if as he says sandro in the valve goes well, the electric part.

thanks to all of you. I solved it I double checked yesterday evening the file you posted and I realized that I had not "saved" the change of the lead to 0, the two values that are original to 200. I have now reported ori map management and set to 0, the controls that were 200 and now everything is smooth.

Thanks

I'm on this I've never had problems....using the method that says ugoboss bringing to zero the two panettone...of course, the electricity must be working....a question I ask myself , if it does not the electrical part, putting in the maximum value of the map in question resolves!

I seem to recall that some have solved by removing the plug and inserting a resistor (I can not say by how much).

But with the resistance after a while it generates the dtc if the valve is not working should remove the dtc, if not c'? the strategy of recovery

39 OHM 5W.. two or three days f? or resolved with a LANCIA DELTA 1,6 Mjet 120cv that I had closed by the ECU but the electrical part was faulty..

Alternatively, you can just disconnect from the map, just move the error threshold...

in the case of EGR to 128% in spite of the closure with the "2 panettone", I'm reporting that ? only a problem for software multiecuscan, tested it today with 2 other instruments (marelli and Delphi) and on both the egr is open at 0%, check the egr disabled and the target position and the actual to 0 mm in any running condition.
