I've just presented,but to step immediately to requests for help with the most basic...
my car ? in the title of the thread... the first thing I would like to understand once and for all with which the programmer can read/write with greater reliability the edc16c9 that has my astra (hw 0281012694 - sw 1037382476)
I had read that the cock he writes, but not the law,while mpps can read but only a part of the file...are in confusion more total.
for days looking on the internet and on the forums,but I've always found conflicting opinions between them... people who map the car as my eyes closed and people who had to open it and flash the 3 files of the fundamental (or something...)
for the second, should I use titanium to edit the file .gold and also here are slightly off the beaten track...

when writing the pu? happen a locking ecu due to a variety of causes, edc16c9, I have made several, all with success, but the block can? happen to anyone, and, if it happens you can force the writing if you're lucky, or open the ecu and reset in bdm.
to change the file ori, it's fine to ecm, you can post the maps mod for opinions or you listen to the online service of the forum.

it is this I had already read,that a block can happen...but I had read that if you do not read in the bdm, the file that is obtained with the can and incomplete,and that after it is modified,by going to rewrite it, it crashes the ecu because, precisely, incomplete...especially with mpps this happens (at least so I have read)

do not use mpps, but with galletto v2 I have not had problems, maybe wait for someone who has had some experience in this regard with mpps.

this I had also read... but I have also read that by reading the destination via obd nothing happens,see leandro89...
the file .ori read by obd ? from 1mb? by reading the meta,modify it using titanium and write it again, door problems?

not for? from little or nothing, in all the senses, perhaps you can take 7 or 8 hp being optimistic, believe me go to bdm and you're safe, read in 30 seconds

ah just wish as the possibility of changing the maps? and then to see if I understood well
- by reading it with the obd I read the meta,and then by using the titanium with the driver, I see a lot less "maps" and similar
- reading by bdm I take the file to the inside,then from titanium with the driver,I see a lot more "maps" and related...
I understand?? you do realize that I'm not looking nothing extreme... I would like to only inject diesel fuel (rail pressure ) and over time (injection time), joining of course, all the limiters,even if I think that increasing them could leave the original,but I've read that the 1.7 cdti 101 has limiters very restrictive...
also in the bdm, I fear, and not a little,being much less practical...

exactly, if you read from the bdm has a complete map of everything, and you can work at its best, from the serial, but you are very limited

also I still don't understand, if I read through the serial what little you can read,I edit the file from titanium and the rewrite, everything goes well, or it crashes because the file ? incomplete?
I repeat the bdm I don't even know where to start and where to place your hands,being much more complex and delicate process

the file you recognize it is from the serial from the bdm, but from the serial you just really, anyway you can try to read and write, problems not to

I suggest the galletto v2, you can operate both from the serial bdm, with mpps only by obd

the v54 find it to 80€... and even the clone ec... mpps clone I find it to be a 10€... I would say would be too high for me...

of course I want to spend a little... then I would take a few clone... kind of clone of the rooster, I find only the cock 1260...
the others all cost 70-80€
