guys good morning I am trying to do a boot of this ecu,I made all the connections, or hold free and so far everything is ok,I read all the bachup and I get this error:START READING error sending key error unlock password read - try tool tricore password tprot v08....in practice, I read only the flash,if I wrong I something I did read nothing!!!!what do you think????? I do not or experience on these ecu....
with what you're reading, gallo2?, if you look in the documents folder contained in fgtech that ? explained something related to the tprot I believe that it is a protection antituning, then waiting for some info from the pi? experts
possibly you do not have the password for the tprot

Read the document for the tricore, and see the procedure for vag pass tprot read, you have to trade one cable pin-out, or to do with the ecu montatta in the car.
the wires them or exchanged the green ones with the red ones and or removed the grey wire, data is now the ecu can't do it but then it makes me do most anything like that?in practice, I should read the file as it works??what is the exact procedure??
I went to read the pdf and I says to swap the green wires with the red ones use the driver tprot v8/10 but then return to try again in the boot mode back to the conditions of the first (and then I think again with the green wires + and the gray boot with resistance) and if it still does not work, try the driver tprot with the control unit mounted on the machine (they mean by serial?)
hello sisco but use the driver that is what you meant to me on the tprot to do it in a data-only ecu I see nothing else
hello alfetta from how I understand it making you id do the data you already have? used the driver in the right way after maybe without turning off the cock, you should reconnect the ecu with the green wires and the gray boot, and it should read it, but this ? my thoughts, and I repeat that I've never done it
