Hello to all guys I place this file to a polo 1.4 TDI that problems starting both hot and cold.Just under 90?,then, between 50 and 80?, while rarely the defect makes it cold.
then sometimes it dies when you walk slowly.
now I tried to do the usual editing as you can see in the file posted, but the problems persist even if with less frequency;according to you, could be a problem with the wiring of the injectors due to wear and tear?

Filter diesel you know how, maybe the fuel of low quality?, have you had a diagnosis? I would start from there

For me ? the tandem pump.. if you disassemble you will definitely find a broken spring..

I have the same problem with the audi a3 cold and hot .......hot remove the problem, but then it is as well cold, and I also deleted the cold always from the map ....the spring in the pump tandem because what makes this spring?(audi a3 bkd edc16u1)

for the moment, do not touch the mapping test to see if the fuel ec gasoline, it can happen by mistake, check the temperature sensor and see which value gives you when not part,then also check if the pump is in the tank when you manifest the problem, and if part controls the pressure of the flow,end if necessary check the relay that controls potrebbeb be heated.

the tandem pump brings the pressure in the injection system of about 6 bar, usually breaks one of the two springs and when it should be in start-up or when you ask a lot of load, the pressure is not ? enough

speed sensors, and phase are ok?
if there is a problem of diesel fuel each other, which is the pump that leaves a little, put a non-return valve and see if it goes better.

you in fact are the speed sensors, and phase replaced now the car does not miss a beat.....

In tandem you can check the analog gauge. Open screw 7 allen in tandem. Run car
At 850rpm 1.5 2bar
3.500 rpm 6bar. Check the pump in the tank and relay and timming vagcom chanel 4. Br

exactly the same problem were the speed sensors, and phase in some post I had posted the problem and then the solution..
you ? never turned off when you walked step of a man?
