View The Full Version : the failure of turbo alfa 147
hi everyone, I'm a beginner and I'm learning to map my 147 jtd 115hp thanks to the info that I find on this forum...today while I tried to 170-180 km/h on the display ? pop-up the written damage control the motor and the car nn accelerated pi? ...I went to the house, and the error was that the turbo...? because of the map or some sensor is broken ? thanks

If you do not tell us the dtc does not set it as a map you show us a log, and difficult to give you targeted advice I can only assume the sensor manifold dirty but ? the first thing that comes to mind for me, vgt locked broken pipe on the valve antismortamento. N 75 stuck open egr leaking tubes of depression that does not reach the desired vacuum, the vacuum pump that is not working as it should the map not really appropriate

Hi first price map ,the car as he went? And success after that to correct the map?diagnosed with attached controls pressure measured and objective.

I don't see the map, but to me you were wrong, or the pressure or the limiter
I am ignorant, and when I see these maps, I would like that who made me to explain the changes and the logic of the change.
Which maps have you touched? even if you have not increased the turbo pressure may increase the same in function of the greater amount? of diesel fuel.
I also increased the turbo... Should have a peak of 1.35 bar.... I would be very grateful for the address of the limiter, but I don't understand if ? the limiter that makes me have failure or the limiter, the actual maximum pressure that the turbo can? reach
076E8C - c'? a value to 1500, up to 1700 or a little more?, so the map sensor doesn't get to read all of that pressure and you're good to go with the failures of turbo pressure.
Asdone thanks for the reply... However, I made the map by believing inject 90mm3 of diesel.... Why? them injection? I also climbed the b.p. For that value... Thanks again for the info
asdone I changed the times and the bit limiter, as you suggested, you ,you may want to check if that's okay ?thanks

Referring to your previous map, I'm sorry, I had missed a limiter in 2d which I thought I had done that, in fact, so you should get there at that qty :) maybe check with a log if you can!
Ok when I get home I log on and see.... But the injection timing them carry on as before, or leave them with these increases?
No well if you climbed the BP from all the maps follow that logic ? the best even if pi? complex!
Okok I had done the math for that diesel

Times, even if you tax all the break point if you get them up a little, nothing happens, in fact I use them to refine it ;)
Marco to raise you intend to anticipate yet?

no I meant to moddare the injection time or injection duration in the us
