Sorry the question that may be stupid, but what is the difference between the Galetto 1260 and the version with External Box Galletto 2 V54 ?
I understand that with the galletto 2 can I to make of reading/writing the ECU is in Bdm that in the OBD perhaps even read and write directly to the E2prom with the appropriate adapter/caliper, while with the 1260 you can read/write to the Ecu only in the OBD, but the software/driver that is supplied to the Pc at the end ? the same.

So if you just want to work in the Obd, perhaps a better 1260

Thanks in advance

Thanks, I had not realized that the software was different, and then with a cock 2 I can read and write a lot more Ecu then surely ? the best solution for you.
You once read the Ecu with the Cock 2, use of the software type Ecu Edit, or another way to change the parameters ?

Thanks in advance

the 1260 is not' nothing that the chinese clone of the clone, 1250, and is unreliable as certain galli v2 chinese if they are made with components of poor quality, if you take a good clone of the 1250 (with an aluminium casing) were writing everything and he's never wrong, even I am he, and even if you happen to use it with success.

Thanks to all for the excellent explanations and advice, I currently I have a Digiprog V. 88 Chinese Clone, which according to me does not have the chip to handle the Usb port, why? the Pc will not feel anything when I connect everything, so I don't think I can use this tool (the usero in other contexts) for what I want to do, but I don't want to go off topic ... saw that the discussion on the Cock.

Back on topic, the idea would be to prenderedi take a Cock 2 latest version, with box aluminum, clone good quality?, in compropiet? with altir friends,
however, my terror.... :-) and make some bullshit then I would like to first make a backup, and then restore it if necessary, but from what I understand the only way to make a full backup ? Bdm for? are not able to do ... then according to you ? conceivable as an alternative solution to find on the forum or on the internet of the Bin file to complete the drive on which you are working ( if they exist) , to use in case of emergency, why? if I have not misread a full restore you can? also do writing on the serial port/obd and not necessarily in the Bdm, what I didn't understand, and what data, and how to find them in the ecu need to figure out which bin file to search (serial number ecu etc..)

At the moment I don't want to jump on the changes in the tuning, but only turn off the light of the service, drivers, etc.. which seems to me to be on the E2Prom, another of my doubt, but for what I need to do I need a full backup ? Not I need a back of the E2Prom for what I want to do ?

Sorry, only now I understand the difference between the E2Prom and Eprom, then when the above scirvo E2Prom which is dentra ecu, I meant the Eprom which is located in the dashboard that contains the states of the lights, and the km.
