Gallo V53 First reading failed

I explain my problem:
The tool ?: Galletto 2 Master EOBD2 V53 clone
I managed to install the soft, in fact it opens and works fine,
I turned off the Dongle to? when I connected it to my car VW Touran
I chose the driver , it reads the data correctly ECU EDC 16E1, but when you read the eprom from errore776477657766
This Tool applies the change of the resistance?

Hello please have you solved the problem? A piece of advice that I can give ? to try on the other car with a different ecu, alfa, fiat etc. see a p? if it works for you............You should probably change or replace some resistance to the card, or the quartz that gives you the problems, and for this, it goes in error not allowing you to communicate with the line k-line or can the ecu anyway, try to uninstall everything and install the tool on another pc, but I doubt that this is the problem hello let me know

the kangoo I have read only the tables and does not write,
a stylus 2006? serial read error seed key, but with mmp2 v12 you

One who has a problem now ? clear pero wanting to update my Post,, I can inform you that a small change in c ?.
I tried to read the Ecu of the Multiple (petrol+ Lpg), my wife and....took 52 min. but she read and saved without problems.
