I would like an opinion on the feasibility of an audi A4 with edc17 by OBD.

I have the chicken in european and I was still disappointed, but prudentissimo with the edc17. Last week I made a Golf6 and when I read it in the OBD warned me of the possible presence of antituning. Then I proceeded to operate in the boot and everything went well. Now for the audi not warning me of anything. You say that I might try to make it through obd?

I would do so, I'd read everything in the boot and handed it to me unless nice to precise a place safe then read and possibly write by obd if you wish to remove this whim

I agree , on the edc17 not possible mistakes.

The number of the software would be an indication for the presence of the antituning . But no one would take the hand that fire.

Anyway, I made a audi 2008 without problems with gallo v48, part of the time of writing that sends the soft in a sort of standby time, and for several minutes, the program seems to be nailed giving the impression of having combined the loud crash.

what has taken it to the germans ..., put limiters haphazardly, like the French in the programs ?

In a week I start the car and fix this mess.
I read in another forum that the above-450Nm ends in recovery. But not the alzero more than 430 , because the damn fap. I don't have confidence in in these plugs in the exhaust, but they cost a digit, and few want to take them off.

But I always panic for nothing. I did the tprot protocol without opening the ecu and it went ok. I dislike the lack of information of the instrument.

For those who had problems with the protocol tprot, ricirdo that and need to take off the boot and replace the Green wires dell power with red 12v constant
