Now I'm asking for advice on what to do and if ? happened to someone.
The motorised butterfly needs to be replaced? You can proceed to clean it?
If I have to go to a mechanic I would like to go prepared, without being duped with unnecessary expenses.

First thing I would look at if in the suction line where ? attached to the butterfly, there is the dirt of the egr valve is that it does not work well.

I aditivi and special diesel not I would use them, they are just wasted money.
maybe I would do those cleaning or if you know someone who knows how to work on the ecu from your parts, made to delete the egr valve, and maybe make the mod even to the butterfly for not putting more hands, breast, put it all new.
I changed to a butterfly valve for a Gpunto 1.9 and it seems to me that the reconditioned was about 400 euro, but not prendelo for good why? ? the past of the time, but it costs a lot.

Have you tried to do a forced regeneration with another tool of diagnosis?... you alone during regeneration?... maybe ? an error induced by a wrong setting of the forced regeneration...

watch kekko!!! I 2 days f? I had the ostesso problem with the same machine I have not used it aditivi and luckily I didn't have to disassemble anything !!!! to do so, just buy a cleaner in the throttle body that would be around 15 euro disassemble the intake pipe that goes to the entrance of the throttle valve and the engine is running spray a mild dose of the product ,while the spray you have to give the strokes of the accelerator so that the plant intake clean for good ... clears errors stored in the ecu, and see if it reoccurs again .
Test with additives professional..then if it works do close the egr..to remove the manifold and clean it physically it takes a lot of time..
on multiple with the same motor was burned out the control board, and even if it was opened was to see to the ecu as open to 5%.
