problem map turan 140cv

hi to all,I ask the experts for an opinion ,after you have mapped a ww touran 140cv and eliminating the fap, the car seemed to work fine,so much so that the customer has not requested any other changes,but the customer after about 30 km calls me saying that the car had gone into protection,but the strange thing just when you walk slowly,it was found that the defect does so only when he walks in the plan,and that every now and again.I made a diagnosis, but without finding any errors in memory,for him it's ok, but I was wondering where I went wrong, because the first time that happens to me,place the two files.
