1. for Ducatidiag I read that you allow a free license from the author? he has abandoned the project.

For the ScanST c'? little to go wrong: ? an installation that lets you choose only the installation path, and no other option, in addition (and I don't want to boast but just to say that I'm not wrong) I'm a noob with regards to the ECU as I do not understand a lot of engines but I am a computer expert with nearly 2 decades of experience behind it, so I don't think it can make mistakes with the setup of a simple utility. I suspect that the problem may result from, or from the use of Windows 7 64-bit, or from the lack of some component (if I remember correctly, the file that I get the error ? a DLL that is called MZTools3, part of some component that the developer avr? used to implement the program).

I can tell you that ScanST even with a "miserable" ;) XP SP3 doesn't create the icon on your desktop, on the contrary, you must go to create on your own with a "create shortcut" from copy/paste.
