View The Full Version : Info on the map injection times JTD
In reference to the file: https://www.professionalchiptuning.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=53&d=1339773582
The only explanations are:
- The injector in those certain conditions really need more? time to inject the same qty of diesel, 1400-bar with respect to 1350.
- For some obscure reason of the map or to get a certain response ? chosen to insert a value that has little meaning.
According to you, com'? the situation?
Why? at the time I brought the rail to 1400 and I would not like the thing was counterproductive!
I apologize in advance if I am wrong section!

hello, I can't even see the files then I can tell you only one thing 65mm^3 or 70mm^3, which will mark the breakpoint will not consider so why? not ? effectual....there are other IQ limiters in the map, and that your being 70 should be or edc15c and edc16c8 I think I don't know...so your I don't think you get there then to consider whether the thing ? counterproductive you should also see if you have unlocked the rail limiters why? otherwise you stop to 1350 safe

I can not find a sense of... equal amount? introduced target, increasing the rail pressure, the trend must be monotone decreasing. How much increases?
Hello
Francis
? true asdone has got it right.
sar? a write error of the data in the map, but actually ? indicated a difference of 2% in the sense of not monotonous.
slightly increases, 60 us or a little more?. ? also true that ch it uella area of the map from the original is not read, for? I don't know if the data corresponds to the truth? or ? them accidentally (but the map ? ori)

That's weird, 60 us to those pressures ? so little...
I would not like not being used in those areas of the map that were not well calibrated...

In the euro3 140 hp you note the map time calibrated up to 1600 bar, but the map pressure does not exceed 1400,
the Bp pressure after the 1400 are: 1500, 1594, 1595,1596,1597,1598,1599,1600
of course, the timing of these pressures are all the same but are not used
That's weird, 60 us to those pressures ? so little...
I would not like not being used in those areas of the map that were not well calibrated...
pu? be when those points are out of use for that model is unlikely to be subject to checks and pu? escape.

eh I know that ? the only explanation... we also in areas not jokes at times leave some crap...? the map and the injectors even if not measured over the operating pressures should be well extrapolated to the end.
Then I correct it by following the trend of the values "close"? the map ? the same also on other 147 jtd 115 with HW/SW different..? I had the pleasure to build a map with actual values and with the ecu conscious of the quantity
do you understand the logic and edit with good sense.
pu? be that are exchanged to place the value right with the left and not to the pi?
the maps below are the same for all models that use the same injector and the same control unit

Also, according to me, if you want to use those areas of the map, it is convenient to recalibrate it. The values you can easily extrapolate from the performance of the previous data (for injection pressures of minors)...

It is, according to me, if you extract the values from the trend of the previous values don't make mistakes!
