Read Kia Sorento 2.5 crd edc15

Hello guys I'm trying to read the mappatuta cable with fgtech and mpps on the Kia Sorento 2.5 CRD EDC15. Both interfaces do not see the ecu. The mpps says " ecu not found " and the rooster says error. The ecu uses a 29f400, I wanted to avoid dissaldarla... C'? some particular procedure that you know ??

I read quietly with the mpps without any special procedure...
check the voltage of the battery for?...

Voltage 11.8 and green dial at both interfaces. Theoretically ? ok. I had also thought of reading it on the bench connecting to the pins of the connector? I do not have the pin out, though ? equal to that of the alfa 147 1.9 jtd edc15. I will not risk it for?...

Should I connect a battery charger and leave it plugged in and do the whole procedure, or to charge the battery until the meter exceeds the 12v ?? Maybe that is also seen from the dial of the software, the ones with the green color..
