View The Full Version : help on reading via serial with galletto 2 edc16c34
hi I wanted to verification by the expert user if the file read via obd with galletto 2 of a c4 1.6 hdi 110cv is correct because it is open I find at the beginning of the file all ff and then find at the end I think of the maps with titaniunm 1.61 open it as c4 981_516 are quite a bit doubtful that I made a good read
The file is in place!
Gallo via OBD lege only partial, where are the tables...
In BDM, the file would be different...
I had thought that it was a reading of the sun tables, but I wanted to confirm which you have given me thank you
given that you have the gallo2 if you can open the unit and made a complete reading, you never know.
an eye to this car ,
I'd recommend you to do it.
with a full backup, you're always calm and restore easily
someone has bakcup bdm complete this unit?

does not work cos?, the open BDM is, especially on these ecu's, also to be saved in the e2prom, given that when you do wrong the writing of the damage is in the e2prom and this ? unique to each car.
Consoglio you read in the BDM his file, to avoid having problems.
with the cock, the read quietly in the bdm... ? the only way

I would not say something wrong, but the fgtech reads from the serial the same file that would read in bdm I have written more? times these ECU if you do it by serial respects the letter of the procedure under penalty of loss variants, another problem of these engines with a map done well tends to slip the clutch
magpro reads a file (like the bdm), fgtech no.
On a shield the file bdm the cleaved in serial edc16c34
but on the citroen there are always strange problems in the serial...
non-full-file and writes interrupted by 75 %, I recommend bdm
then everyone does what they want, but better bdm

once you combine great but if you have a diagnosis to redo alignment do not set so many problems must always have an escape plan

Hello
Are not of the agreement.
I did a lot of this ecu "PSA group", edc16c34 k-line, edc16c34 can, engine 1.4, 1.6, citroen and peugeot, and I cuasi always with fgtech in serial (or even cmdflash and magpro-x17 uficciale), the rooster are the fastest read and escrittura in this type of ecu, with many difference.
for alignment, you mean the one in the can line with which the diagnosis is made ??
