Try to install it on another pc

I do not think the anti-virus because I installed it on a pc without anti-virus with firewall turned off and no connection to the internet, it is practically a windows xp just installed free of every thing.

I've still with autocom,for? with vcm, I can do it without problems!!!

The autocom in question has the Oki chip? The breast could be the source of the problem.

autocomn with no oki chip have big problem with connetion fprd , bmw

I confirm that without that chip l autocom has given problems to me, then I fitted the diagnosis Ford vcm, and everything is ok.
