147 EDC15C7 - ecu locked

Hi guys, I have a problem with a 147 115hp with EDC15c7 that in practice ? been blocked due to the restart of the pc.
In serial no c'? the state to take it with nothing ( KWP2000+ , Fgtech V50 , V53, MPPS).
does anyone know how you could do ? I also tried to put it in the boot but nothing to do, as if it was not connected.
I also unsoldered the e2p with the key code but nothing's the same.
now, since I have the Willem with the adapter I would try to desolder the 29f400 but since I've never done it I wish someone would show the settings for the Willem ( I have what PCB50B). Then, if c'? some other way to re-start the car without desoldering it would be better.
